The Quincy Compressor QGS 5 HP Rotary Screw Air Compressor, 60 Gallon, With Dryer can be used in a wide range of applications. The QGS 5 is belt-driven and includes an auto tensioning device that provides ease of maintenance and a long belt life. All models feature a TEFC drive motor, air-cooled after cooler, low sound enclosure, and 8,000 hours of factory-filled QuinSyn-Plus fluid.

    Good Start - Nothing But Trouble Since

    After about 3 months, we started experiencing a huge amount of oil carry over that was getting into our tank and through the dryer. After several visits by the local Quincy service center, the problem is still ongoing. It's like putting a band aid on the problem. Tried dealing with Quincy corporate with no luck. I will be insisting on a new compressor to replace this one. Just a bad experience. Fortunately, it has happened while under warranty but I need clean air now.
