Description

The ELGi AR Premium Series Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryer is a refrigerated dryer that is energy-efficient and suitable for all applications that require CLASS 4 air. It can replace non-cyclic dryers due to its improved energy efficiency. Its thermal mass control is highly efficient and provides better energy savings even during partial and no-load conditions.

The R Premium Series refrigeration compressor is sealed tightly and designed to save energy with the help of an energy-saving circuit. This circuit accumulates cold thermal energy while in regular operation and utilizes the stored cooling energy in ECO Mode to dry the air during partial load operations while still maintaining the desired dew point. When in ECO Mode, the dryer's compressor and fan motors are turned off to help save power.

The built-in condensate drain efficiently removes condensate from the system without air loss and with minimal maintenance.

The pressure dew point temperature (in °C or °F) is displayed on the controller, along with an indication of whether the air dryer is in energy-saving mode (ECO). Additionally, the controller displays the total operation hours, fan activity, inlet air temperature, ambient temperature, and the recommended maintenance interval.
