Description

The Leybold SOGEVAC B Series Oil Sealed Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is ideal for modern industrial applications with low noise levels, high pumping speeds, and high reliability. It has a pumping capacity range from 11.2 to 261.3 CFM, making it a versatile option for various industrial needs.

The Leybold SOGEVAC B is designed to use oil for sealing, lubricating, and cooling the pump chamber. This pump has a continuous lubrication system that can operate even at high intake pressures, making it suitable for most rough vacuum applications. The oil carried by the process gas is separated in the oil box and exhaust filters, which trap fine oil mist. This separation system reduces exhaust emissions and is oil mist-free, resulting in a cleaner working environment with less than 1 ppm. Additionally, the SOGEVAC B vacuum pump is known for its low power consumption, typically 15% less than competitive pumps.

The SOGEVAC B pumps come equipped with an anti-suck back valve at the inlet flange that prevents oil from coming back into the inlet line when the pump is stopped and a gas ballast for pumping condensable vapors.
