Description

The nano-purification solutions BPA 2100, 2100 SCFM Twin Tower Desiccant Air Dryer regenerates using a combination of heat and ambient air to minimize or eliminate purge air usage. The dryer is operated by a rugged PLC control system offering features such as 'power on,' 'hours run,' and 'service required' indicators. Memory retention built into the PLC enables the controller to pick up where it left off in the drying cycle, ensuring consistently clean and dry air downstream. Compressor synchronization is a standard energy-saving feature, which starts and stops the dryer with a signal from the compressor or point-of-use equipment to eliminate purge loss when drying is not required.

The unit includes low-noise exhaust mufflers, specifically designed to minimize the noise of depressurization and purge exhaust, with a high flow design to extend service life. The low Watt density heater includes a regeneration circuit that is fully insulated and is designed for harsh industrial environments. A secondary heater contactor provides protection against overheating in the event of a primary contactor failure.
