Description
The Dekker DuraVane lubricated rotary vane vacuum system includes a lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump, gas ballast, mist eliminator, and control panel. The DuraVane features a three-phase TEFC electric motor, inlet isolation valve, inlet flex connector, inlet filter, receiver level sight gauge, vacuum gauge, and drain valve. The system is mounted on a horizontal vacuum receiver tank from 60 to 200 gallons, depending on the model selected.
The control panel monitors, measures, and displays performance. The control panel features include an across-line magnetic vacuum pump starter with three-phase overload protection, a PLC with an integral hour meter, vacuum on/off capability with adjustable set points, and a vacuum transducer for vacuum level indication and control.
