Champion ADVANTAGE Series Two Stage Piston Air Compressor Tech Specs

The Champion Advantage Series two stage piston air compressor comes fully packaged with pre-installed accessories. These compressors are a part of Champion's quick-ship program so the compressor arrives quickly, ready to install, and operate.

The Advantage Series features a heavy duty two-stage, splash-lubricated air compressor pump with multi-finned cylinders and head for cooling. They also include intercoolers for cooling between stages and a centrifugal unloader for loadless starting. The built-in low-oil stop control shuts down the unit when oil levels are below safe levels which prevents the compressor from restarting until oil level has been brought back up. Most models feature a factory mounted, air-cooled aftercooler that removes up to 65% of the moisture from discharged compressed air.

The ASME code air receiver features a pressure relief valve, service valve, drain valve, and pressure gauge. Available in vertical or hirizonal configurations with 80, 120 and 240 gallon options (depending on model selection).

Awesome compressor. Runs our entire maintenance barn with no problems. We put it through its paces everyday and so far so good. Very impressed with it. Being a municipality, we had to go through the bid process and Compressor World was timely with their estimate and with very aggressive pricing. Delivered when promised and installation was pretty simple. Will definitely look to Compressor World for our next compressed air requirement.

Wanted to add another comment on the effort that Compressor World provides. We had a small problem develop on our compressor which would be a warranty issue and although we struggled to get a local service company to handle it, the team at Compressor World would not stop their help until we had the problem taken care. Phenomenal customer service in this day. Can't say enough about Compressor World.

Compressor Works Very Well but . . .

there was a miscommunication on the necessary voltage needed on the unit. We had to call in an electrician to make some alterations to our electrical panel which we were not expecting. It cost us some additional money but overall we are very happy with the performance of the compressor. Would only say make sure that the electrical is understood prior to buying.

Needed this to replace an Ingersoll unit that only lasted 3 years before dying on us. I got suckered in by a cheaper price even though I have a Champion unit in our other facility that has lasted over 20 years. Although we are in the coating supply business, we do not deal a lot with compressors, so when a good customer needed help finding compressors we looked to Compressor World.
