    My Saylor Beale model 703 saw 50 years of service in the back room of a service station. When I got it home, it was mounted on a rusted out 60 gallon vertical tank. After rebuilding the compressor, I wanted a smaller tank to mount it on, not needing a lot of compressed air storage. I found this 20 gallon horizontal tank with top plate at Compressor World and liked the price, 200 psi rating, and the fact that it was made in the USA. I cut the top plate off the rusted out tank and mounted it onto the top plate of the new tank. The finished product works great and is exactly what I wanted. I enjoy hearing the old compressor thumping along when working in my shop.
